Up for sale is a beautiful C&C 30 sailboat.
The C&C is known for easy sailing and stability. It?s a fast racer and a wonderful cruiser. Great first boat for the novice sailor.
The MK1 does not have a balsa core in the hull like later models thus does not suffer from the moisture problems associated with other models. The hull is solid, thick, fiberglass. A bonus.
30 feet Length Over All with a 10 foot beam and 6? 2? head room down below, it can sleep 4 in complete comfort and is fully equipped.
The Good:
Hull below water is excellent, no scuffs, scares or cracks. no problems
Deck at chain plates has a moisture reading of 3 out of 9 - excellent.
Full pressure water system galley & head.
Ice Box - OEM
110 volt 30 Amp (3 outlets) shore power with cable. - OEM
All navigation and internal light bulbs have been converted to LED's. Also OEM fluorescent lamps in the Salon means less battery drain over night.
SOS Dan Buoy overboard system.

Solar V-birth port fan to keep out moisture. new in 2014
Full set of screens to keep the bugs out, stored under the Salon table.

Overall; a beautiful boat that sails well. All equipment is 12 volt so you can overnight and enjoy all it has to offer.
